J'AIME NEW YORK, a luxury jewellery brand renowned for its timeless elegance and unique, bespoke pieces, sought to elevate the user experience (UX) of their Shopify store. Despite a strong brand presence, their existing site did not fully capture the sophistication of their jewellery or meet the expectations of their discerning customers.
To address these issues, J'AIME NEW YORK turned to Vice Versa Media, a New York based agency, to help take give the website a new shine. In October 2024, Vice Versa Media reached out to us to create a bespoke user journey that reflected the brand’s premium status while driving conversions. We managed all of the design aspects, from initial wireframes through to full interactive mock-ups.
Our collaboration with Vice Versa Media began with an in-depth discovery process, including UX audits, customer behaviour analysis, and competitive benchmarking. From this foundation, we designed a bespoke user journey that aligned with J'AIME NEW YORK’s vision and met the expectations of their high-value clientele.
